Shrimp Fajitas

🌟🍤 Shrimp fajitas 🍤🌟
Before we all crave the 🦃 for Thanksgiving, get your taste buds ready with these Shrimp fajitas over Edamame Fettuccini! Sounds strange but it works and tastes great. Shrimp offers iodine which is important during pregnancy and recommend daily allowances 220 to 250 mcg in pregnant women, and 250 to 290 mcg in breastfeeding women. Iodine helps the body to grow and develop, especially the brain!
Here is what you will need :
Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp 🍤peeled and deveined, tails removed patted dry
  • 1 yellow , red & orange bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil divided
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste * 2 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • lime
  • One 8oz package of edamame fettuccine

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Then Heat your of olive oil over high heat in a 12 inch panAdd onions and bell peppers and 1/2 of seasoning mixture. Cook until onions and bell peppers are tender. Place onions and bell peppers to the side of the pan to make room for the shrimp.Add the other olive oil to skillet, followed by shrimp and remaining seasoning mixture.Sauté shrimp until pink and cooked through.
Bring water to a boil and toss in your fettuccine – this will cook fast !
Drain it and place in your favorite bowl and we are coming over ! FYI : if you don’t want to have fettuccine by all means grab a whole wheat wrap
